Meet our Franchise Owners: Tom Moser

January 27, 2020

Tom Moser has stepped in to lead the franchise in Humble, Texas. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee. His career has spanned 29 years in the pest control industry with the Terminex and Orkin in both local and regional management. He also worked shortly for Sears Home Services.

Tom was drawn to The Cleaning Authority through his love of building ongoing relationships for recurring services and the uniqueness of the Detail-Clean Rotation System.

“I always wanted to go into business for myself,” said Tom. “Great testimony and enthusiasm for the franchisee and The Cleaning Authority support really convinced me that this was a great opportunity for a good return.”

“People in the area are hungry for someone they can trust,” continues Tom. “The Cleaning Authority is the company that will handle the background checks, etc. versus the individual cleaners that are available today.”

Tom is looking forward to providing a great service to families that need a cleaning solution.

We do two practices a week for my girls team. I do one practice a week for my boys team. I can go to any school event that I want to. I can take time to go with teachers. I exercise most every day.
