Meet our Franchisee: Tom Lalli

After a career managing teams, marketing financial products and relationship banking, Tom Lalli is ready to start a new career by purchasing The Cleaning Authority of White Plains.

Tom began looking at franchises because he was interested in the opportunity to own, manage, and grow his own company. “I was also looking for the support of a franchisor with a strong brand, very good systems, excellent training support, and numerous success stories among its franchisees,” Tom said.

Specifically, Tom was looking at service businesses that did not require significant capital investments to grow the business. When Tom learned that The Cleaning Authority in his area was for sale, it was the perfect fit. “The business is located in lower Westchester, where I have lived for over 30 years,” he said.

Tom brings many years of experience with employee staffing, training and originating/maintaining customer relationships. He also looks forwards to having access to very successful fellow The Cleaning Authority franchisees as advisors.

He is looking forward to enhancing the office and bringing The Cleaning Authority’s Detail-Clean Rotation System to even more of his neighbors.
