Meet Our Franchisee: Kamal Gill

Kamal Gill, who recently took over ownership of The Cleaning Authority of Temecula, is no stranger to the cleaning business. Growing up, Kamal helped his aunt and uncle with their family-owned cleaning service. “That experience taught me how important customer service is with a cleaning service, and also how hard work pays off,” Kamal said.

Kamal will also bring years of experience in IT to his new franchise ownership role.

When doing research on The Cleaning Authority, Kamal was drawn in by the Detail-Clean Rotation System. “I was also very impressed by their model, infrastructure, and support. In addition to that, the brand had a clear-cut identity that sold me,” Kamal said. “I wanted to be a part of a brand with a clear direction and identity, and I am confident that I got that with The Cleaning Authority.”

According to Kamal, many Los Angeles and San Diego commuters live in Temecula, California because of the location’s affordability, but consequently they have less time to clean their homes. With this in mind, Kamal believes Temecula is the perfect market for his The Cleaning Authority franchise to thrive.
