Meet our Franchisee: Pam Morfaw

December 21, 2018

After working in finance, community outreach, and the education sector, Pam Morfaw decided it was time for another change. “I wanted a better work/life balance and a means that would enable a better and more secure financial future at retirement,” she said.

To achieve this goal, Pam began to look into franchising. With some research and working with a franchise consultant, who presented her with many options, The Cleaning Authority peaked her interest. “After looking at The Cleaning Authority, I saw it really aligned with the goals I had,” Pam said. “I liked the model presented. It’s simple, easy to follow, and very effective. I also liked the technology behind it.”

Pam appreciated finding a business as simple as cleaning, but with a sophisticated model. She felt the effective marketing methods, the management style, and the manner in which the process is driven by technology makes the system unique, easy to follow, and one that she could see herself successfully managing well.

Pam will be opening her office in Augusta, GA. “We have a rapidly expanding area with lots of dual income families of professionals,” she said. “This busy sector of the economy creates the need for help with house cleaning to allow more family time. We believe we can fill this gap and be successful in an area that currently has little competition.”

She is excited to start her business and give families in the Augusta area more time back in their day to do the things they love.

"In my previous life when I was consulting I didn't have near the flexibility of my schedule that I have now. Now after growing the cleaning authority at the point where it is, I coach soccer. We do two practices a week for my girls team. I do one practice a week for my boys team. I can go to any school event that I want to. I can take time to go with teachers. I exercise most every day. I work hard but I can come and go on my own schedule. I no longer have to worry about paying for my children's education and we live a comfortable life and it's fun."

"As a female franchise owner, I've learned that success knows no gender. It's about determination, resilience, and the willingness to learn and adapt."
